Ca Vecia is a rustic and warm enviroment created from the renovation of an old farmhouse in the heart of Verdi’s land in the lush countryside of Parma.
The venue is family run with the peculiarity that it is run by women only.
During the summer you can also enjoy the large summer garden, that can accommodate 50 guests inside and 50 outside.
At Ca Vecia you find the delights of the Parma specialties made as once: homemade pasta, the choice of genuine ingredients, the old grandmother’s recipes, but also the imagination to create new sensations with specially revisited dishes that give a touch of uniqueness to the tavern.

With the opening in 2010 of the Stendhal Tavren, the welcoming philosophy has been completed and a new journey to the discovery of the life of the river Po has begun.
In Parma, in the local countryside, surrounded by greenery, Trattoria Le Viole is situated. Since 1989, it is managed with competence and passion by Roberto Oppici, chef, and his wife Rosanna who, along with her sister Lucia, welcome guests with courtesy and attention.
Who comes is sure to rely on a typical cuisine wisely and carefully revisited, offering in this way delicious specialties and accurate in preparation. The menu is strongly linked to the seasonality of products, offering always dishes with fresh ingredients and quality.
The structure consists of a dining room and an enclosed porch for a total of 45 seats, ideal for hosting a romantic dinner, but also pleasant business conferences and receptions for weddings or special events, and in summer you can take advantage of a pleasant after dinner outdoors, under the natural pergola. In addition, you can count on a large parking lot.
Everything here is prepared at home, from bread sticks to desserts. And then, we point out hams and Culatello (salted pork), available at the time, selected and aged for 3 years.
The wine and spirits cellar is well–stocked of selected products.
The story of Fontanabroccola in Salsomaggiore dates back to the early fifties, when mom Emma decided to open a typical restaurant right in Salsomaggiore, offering to its customers a friendly atmosphere and a delicious simple and traditional cuisine, made of Cappelletti and flavorful salami. Everything, at the time of mom Emma, came from the kitchen of the house: from bread, to pasta, ending with desserts.
The activities of the family also led to the opening, in the seventies, of an ice cream bar linked to the production of scented sorbets.
Even here, everything was produced at home, where mom Emma has always been attentive to the quality and tradition that ended up straight in the dishes prepared; and even today, the progenitor of the family, thinks so.
After fifty years, in Fontanabroccola, tradition and care of products that are the main ingredients of many delicious dishes, rich in flavor and memories, have remained unchanged.

The “Antichi Sapori” tavern gives you the opportunity to taste the typical of Parma cuisine in a comfortable and friendly environment, composed of various rooms furnished with care by patron Davide.
The kitchen offers dishes prepared with locally sourced specialities: salami, cooked shoulder ham of San Secondo, raw ham, pork sausage, Culatello di Zibello.

“Masticabrodo” is located in the countryside, a few kilometers from the town, in the shade of the Castle of Torrechiara. Ida and Francesco will make feel at ease any customer who chooses this tavern for the attention to details, for the passion, almost obsessive, for raw materials. It is possible to reserve the room at the upper floor (10/15 people) for business lunches or a dinner in company. When the weather is nice, you can also dine outdoors in a lovely garden.
