In Parma, in the local countryside, surrounded by greenery, Trattoria Le Viole is situated. Since 1989, it is managed with competence and passion by Roberto Oppici, chef, and his wife Rosanna who, along with her sister Lucia, welcome guests with courtesy and attention.
Who comes is sure to rely on a typical cuisine wisely and carefully revisited, offering in this way delicious specialties and accurate in preparation. The menu is strongly linked to the seasonality of products, offering always dishes with fresh ingredients and quality.
The structure consists of a dining room and an enclosed porch for a total of 45 seats, ideal for hosting a romantic dinner, but also pleasant business conferences and receptions for weddings or special events, and in summer you can take advantage of a pleasant after dinner outdoors, under the natural pergola. In addition, you can count on a large parking lot.
Everything here is prepared at home, from bread sticks to desserts. And then, we point out hams and Culatello (salted pork), available at the time, selected and aged for 3 years.
