“Masticabrodo” is located in the countryside, a few kilometers from the town, in the shade of the Castle of Torrechiara. Ida and Francesco will make feel at ease any customer who chooses this tavern for the attention to details, for the passion, almost obsessive, for raw materials. It is possible to reserve the room at the upper floor (10/15 people) for business lunches or a dinner in company. When the weather is nice, you can also dine outdoors in a lovely garden.
A simple cuisine that follows the seasonality and uses only the best raw materials, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Salame Felino, bacon of Piacenza, seasoned to perfection. Homemade Anolini and Tortelli are the flagships of Francesco: thin, delicate, freshly prepared, they make your mouth water.
