E Parlamitè restaurant–tavern was founded in 1985, in the environments of an old inn dating back to the nineteenth century, formerly frequented by anarchists and socialists, particularly by Andrea Costa from Imola, founder of the Italian Socialist Party and the first socialist deputy at the royal parliament.
The Dal Monte family transforms the tavern into a restaurant thanks to his son Massimo, who is attending the hotel school and is training at the San Domenico restaurant in Imola.
The restaurant was renovated in 1997, bringing to light the old wooden beams and furnishing it with furniture from the beginning of the twentieth century of an old grocery in Imola. Currently, it is popular with families, professionals, young people and local politicians, then, the discussions about politics that have given the name to the venue continue.

On March 7, 1970, Gianluigi Morini opened Ristorante San Domenico in Imola, introducing for the first time in the history of the Italian restaurant industry the idea of «home cooking» that had always fascinated him during his long years of research. Up to this moment, this type of cooking was the exclusive patrimony of very few rich Italian families, who had professional chefs responsible for their kitchens.
Transferring such an idea to a restaurant was not an easy feat. Morini, following Luigi Veronelli's suggestion, turned to the greatest of just such professional chefs, Nino Bergese, «the chef of kings». Along with Morini, Bergese organized the kitchen staff and hired the very young Valentino Marcattilii as his assistant. The two worked side by side for 7 years.
During this period Valentino also perfected his skills with numerous apprenticeships in some of the most renowned restaurants of France.
Upon Bergese's passing in 1977, Valentino assumed direction of the San Domenico kitchens and began his dazzling career that has made his art famous in every country of the world.
In this way Fiaschetteria welcomes its guests: the warmth of wooden beams, of vaulted ceilings and the discreet charm of porcelain announces the meeting with the best dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, prepared with delicate sophistication.
In our restaurant you can appreciate the traditional dishes of the Modena hills, from fresh pasta made by the experienced hands of our cooks, to the delicious meat dishes sided by typical products of our lands and by wines of our own production.

The restaurant offers a menu of meat and fish, homemade pasta, typical salami, fried pinzino, mixed fried with vegetables, grilled meats of high quality, cut of meat and fish, shellfish and grilled vegetables, soft desserts, puff pastries and tarts of fruit.
Moreover, every day the chef recommends some quick and cheap dishes. It is possible to make agreements with travel agencies or companies for groups of people with fixed menu.
The local is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to Midnight, except on Wednesdays, when it closes at 3:00 p.m.
The history of the estate of the Rametz Castle began in the far 1227 as a significant possession in the field of viticulture, already mentioned in several documents of the time.
Here, even in the mid nineteenth century, the cultivation of the best vines for the production of Pinot Noir and other noble grape varieties, such as Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, began.
Thanks to the extreme productivity of the soil of the moraine hill on which the castle is situated,
the microclimate suited to grape growing and a highly effficace cultivation thanks to the Guyot system, the vineyards of the Rametz Castle are among the most valuable in the area of Merano.
Experienced hands and advanced techniques in the field of oenology transform grapes into wines of the highest quality and extremely valuable.
The restaurant, however, in the welcoming hospitality of the Tyrolean Stube, convinces with fine local specialties, traditional dishes of the international cuisine and of course with the quality of the wines of the Rametz Castle.

The Antica Locanda restaurant–pizzeria, with Mantova management, is housed in a historic building built in 1904 as an inn for travelers. Since then, the club has always had a vocation as a place of refreshment and was home of the first pizzeria in Merano in the 60s.

Every morning, from Tuesday to Saturday, you will find us in Piazza San Giacomo, in Udine, with our fresh fruit and vegetable products, while within the farmhouse a selling point has been set up, always well–provided with bread, cheese, seasonal products, products in oil and in vinegar, homemade salami from pigs reared outdoors and fed with local cereals.

The family–run place, opened in 1939, firstly was owned by Mrs. Pia Rumignani widow Raddi, and later by her son Mirto with his wife Giuseppina. Today we are at the third generation and Mrs. Mara (wife of Decio Raddi) offers her professionalism, continuing to churn out dishes that respect the traditions of the Lagoon of Marano.
The room is air–conditioned and in summer you can enjoy the harbor life having lunch in a renewed reserved area on the picturesque adjacent square.

The venue was adapted in one of the oldest houses of Rivington in the square in front of the Duomo.
In the interior, nothing has been changed, then you find three rooms that are separated by a central fogolar to warm the hearts, as well as a well–stocked wine cellar. Upstairs there is a hall to accommodate more than 60 people and a small room with 12 seats.
The cuisine is traditional and seasonal, typical of the place. The reservation of the table is recommended.
