Monte-Carlo Gastronomie 2021> 25th Eno-Gastronomic Exhibition

The 25th «MONTE-CARLO GASTRONOMIE» Exhibition will take place from 26 to 29 November 2021, at the Espace Fontvieille in the Principality of Monaco.

The main eno-gastronomic event on the Côte d'Azur and the Ligurian Riviera brings together a selection of high quality wines and food products presented on more than 120 exhibition and sales stands. The 2020 edition due to the Covid-19 pandemic had been canceled. This year we will resume the organization of the Salone, also scheduled for the last weekend of November.

If you decide to participate, the payment can also be made in different installments starting from the month of September.

With the support of the Monegasque Government and in the presence of the most important trade organizations in the Region, the event is aimed at both the general public and operators in the sectors represented.

Also this year the “Maestro Chef” competition for amateurs will be organized together with the new “Maestro Kids” competition, where even children can try their hand at the culinary art, in front of a jury of great Chefs and experts in the sector. As for past editions, great interest will be enjoyed by the active participation in the Show of the greatest Chefs of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, with their prestigious show-cooking and their live demonstrations: Joël Garault Chef and President of the «Monaco Goût et Saveurs ", Benoit Witz Chef of the" Le Vistamar "restaurant of the Hôtel Hermitage, Gian Luca Strobino Chef of the" Salle Empire "of the Hôtel de Paris, Jean-Claude Brugel Chef of the" Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo ", Patrice Guillet Chef of the «Café de Paris», Julien Perrier Chef of the Hôtel Marriott Riviera, Richard Ruppe Chef of the «Sans Souci» restaurant in Munich, Frederic et Laurent Sturbois Chefs of the Novotel in Munich, Dominique Milardi, Chef Sommelier of the «Méridien Beach Hotel Plaza Monte Carlo »and President of the Monegasque Sommeliers Association, Antonio Fochi Premier Maître d'Hôtel of the« Méridien Beach Plaza Monte-Carlo ».

Numerous Professional Associations collaborate in the event: the "Convivium Slow Food South-East and Principality of Monaco" with the "Slow Food" Award and the "Chroniqueurs Gastronomiques" Award for the best wines and champagnes exhibited at the Show, the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers, the Association of Italian and French Maîtres d'Hôtels, the Association of Barmen of Monaco and the Côte d'Azur, the "Grand Cordon d'Or", the Club "Monaco Goût et Saveurs", the Association of Industry Monegasque Hotel.
