After the sold-out first evening , the events continue with OST (Osteria Stellata Temporanea), a food and wine project curated by Love Casentino , a social promotion association committed to promoting the Casentino area and its gastronomic, cultural and landscape excellence.
The format features four-handed dinners in which local restaurants meet starred chefs from the national scene , giving life to experiences that bring together local identity and cuisines from all over Italy.

Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 8:00 PM, in Bibbiena, at the CIFA – Ex Carceri (Sold Out)
Enigma (Bibbiena, Arezzo) together with Alessandro Dal Degan, starred chef of the La Tana restaurant (Asiago, VI).
Exhibition by Gian Paolo Barbieri, master of Italian fashion photography.
Thursday, May 28, 2026, 8:00 PM, in Stia, at the Stia Wool Mill
Falterona Restaurant (Stia, Arezzo) with Niccolò Palumbo, Michelin-starred chef of Paca Restaurant (Prato)
Monday, June 29, 2026, 8:00 PM, in Camaldoli, at the Castagneto del Campeggio
La Locanda dei Baroni (Camaldoli, Arezzo) with Ariel Hagen, Michelin-starred chef of the Saporium Restaurant (Florence and Chiusdino)
Friday 24 or 31 July 2026, 8:00 pm, in Poppi, at Poppi Castle
Laquolina (Poppi, Arezzo) in combination with a restaurant and starred chef currently being defined.
Each dinner includes a seven-course menu, costing €120 per person, including wine . Seating is limited to 50 people per event. Reservations are required , and payment is due at the time of booking . Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available upon request, provided this is communicated at the time of booking.
Wine is an integral part of the experience: at each dinner, four labels are offered to pair with the seven courses . The selection is by Andrea Bravaccini, Sommelier of the Year 2024 and 2026. All labels are from Casentino and are members of the Casentino Winegrowers Association .
OST can also be transformed into a gift, thanks to the possibility of purchasing non-nominal vouchers.
OST is a project by Love Casentino, a non-profit social promotion association registered with the RUNTS. Part of the proceeds will be donated to AVIS Casentino, while the remainder will support Love Casentino's activities to promote and enhance the area.
The project is sponsored by the municipalities of Bibbiena, Poppi, and Pratovecchio-Stia, and enjoys the support of the Casentino Winegrowers' Association and Preludio Rental Division, as well as food and wine critic and journalist Leonardo Romanelli.
