From the roughest vineyards, with old vines, Faticato is produced. It is made from a late harvest of Nebbiolo, fined in oak barrels for a year. With this wine Emanuele Anzivino and his oenologist Giuseppe Zatti have offered us a product of considerable value. Even Gattinara Reserve 2004, after a further year of fining, expresses more complexity and a more direct bond with the land. The presence of international vineyards gives an unusual vegetable aroma to the basic wines. Altogether, the company offers a wine list of absolute quality. It continues with discretion, in the name of quality, its activity as a farmhouse inn.
