The Mongarda Farm is situated in Col San Martino, a small town historically known for the quality of the grapes produced in its vineyards, and it is here that Bruno Tormena undertook, in 1978, the work of the winemaker.

The company has vineyards, which lie in the hills of the various municipalities of the Prosecco DOC di Conegliano–Valdobbiadene. The diversity of soil and climate allow each vineyard to produce wines from different qualitative characteristics.

Much importance is given to viticultural techniques. Not forcing vines to a high production, but trying to keep its physiological balance, you obtain healthy grapes with excellent organoleptic characteristics that guarantee the consumer a genuine product.

The company’s philosophy is to keep intact the qualities of the Prosecco grapes, coming, amost entirely, from vineyards owned. To achieve this goal, since the grapes arrive at the winery and at all stages of the winemaking, they treat the product with the highest sensitivity.

It was made possible by a careful choice of facilities and winemaking techniques.

And, habit of the company, is to separate the wines obtained from each vineyard to make Prosecco in its various shades.
