VALDOBBIADENE FOR ENTHUSIASTS



If you come from Vidor or Farra di Soligo, the landscape shows an endless series of green hills and hillocks, embroidered with vertical terraces, and a huge number of residential buildings where the architect had fun in composing artistic, irregular geometries, embraced by the vineyards that climb on the banks and deepen their roots in this blessed land, which for centuries has been offering juicy clusters of golden grapes for the making of Spumante Prosecco.

If you come from Guia or Miane, instead, you find yourself surrounded by a cascade of green valleys and hills with winding roads that connect all the villages in a landscape of different eco–natural shades, designed by rows of vineyards, studded with farmhouses and enriched by thick forest scrubs, to ensure an ideal environment for vine growing.

A land full of charm, historical sightseeing and beautiful landscapes characterized by steep sunny slopes that make the work of winegrowers really hard and tough, and it is here that in the far away 70s Angelo Ronfini bought his first banks, to which he devoted himself with the courage and the passion of an experienced farmer, with effort in his arms and love for his land and the ancient wine culture in his heart.

Among the rows, his two small children Francesco and Sergio played chase, breathing that atmosphere of healthy freedom, and while living in close contact with their father immediately assimilated the same passion for that job, tiring but full of satisfaction, which in time became the reason of life also of theirs.

The years went by in that rural serenity, the children grew up determined, passionate, prepared, and became an integral part of the territory, as the roots of the vines they grow, placed between 125 and 500 meters above sea level.

The experience of the Ronfini family consolidated in the founding of the company, that since 1996, with the help of the oenologist Mariano Pancot, began making wine and producing a generous Prosecco, with features of elegance and intense aromas, in various DOCG types, from a Millesimato of remarkable caliber to the brilliant Extra Dry, from the fruity Brut to the soft Rosé and others, all Valdobbiadene sparkling wines of balanced, fragrant, intense, floral, fresh and velvety flavors.

The Brancher company, always very attentive to winemaking techniques, boasts first class equipments, uses especially low temperatures, takes advantage of the skins’ contact and does not use sulfur dioxide in the early stages of processing, thus obtaining valuable products, made by the care of vineyards and grapes more and more customized, of distinct aromatic complexities, of true prestige, able to satisfy the palates of the most demanding gourmets.
