Querce Bettina farm, owned by Mrs Vilma Sandra Barenghi, is situated in Montalcino (Si), in La Casina di Mocali, 275. The building of the house took place in 1994–1995, while the part devoted to agriculture has been completed by the construction of a winery of more or less 230 square meters, ended in 2005.

The farming surface consists of 29.15.68 hectares and includes 1 hectare of Brunello DOCG vineyard, 1,4 hectare of Rosso di Montalcino DOC vineyard, an olive grove 1,5 hectare large, in addition to cultivations and adjactent plots of land, for a total of 6,000 square meters. The estate is completed by about 24 hectares of Mediterranean scrub and bushy grazing land. The olive grove has been producing olives since 1995 and consists of more or less 530 plants, which counts a specialized selection including Cultivar Leccino, Moraiolo, Correggiolo and Impollinatore.

The vineyard was planted in March 1999 and in 2000, and began to produce in the 2002/2003 vintage. The vine plants, rigorously of Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello), are placed at a distance of more or less 2.5 meters between rows, and of about 80 cm between plants. The type of breeding is spurred cordon in single direction. The registrations in the wine book, currently, are: 01.00.00 hectares of DOCG Brunello and 01.35.00 DOC hectares of Rosso di Montalcino DOC, allowing an annual production of about 6,500 bottles of Brunello DOCG and about 9,000 bottles of Rosso di Montalcino DOC. The cultivations of the company are located at about 440 meters above sea level in the south–west slope of the hill of Montalcino and border with the Poggio Salvi, Bolsignano, Mocali and Zucca farms.

From the house, the horizon extends to several kilometers and offers wide views of Mount Amiata, Arcidosso, the mountains of the province of Grosseto, Poggio alle Mura (Villa Banfi), and of the metal–bearing areas of Civitella Marittima, Massa Marittima, Roccastrada. The company derives its products solely on its own cultivations and uses only owned processing plants, except for the pressing of the olives that takes place under the supervision of Robero and Sandra in a continuous cycle installation in Frantoio La Romita of the Bindi family in Montisi (Si). In the company, in addition to the owners, specialized operators work, who follow the entire process of cultivation and processing of fruits, with the contribution of the skills and the experience of an external agronomist and of the oenologist Paolo Caciorgnia.
