Forty hectares of vineyards, which have their roots in the rolling hills of Faenza around the Tower of Oriolo, represent the heart of the Morini Farm, the heart of Romagna wine.
We are a young company, passionate about our land, that has chosen to make wine to celebrate in the best way its value, tradition and culture: we enhance the Romagna we love, these are in effect the words with which to describe the motivation of our project, of entrepreneurial but also intensely personal character.
We started making wine in 1998 and the first wine was made with the grape variety symbol of our land of Romagna: Sangiovese. The first bottle produced was a Sangiovese Superiore Reserve that we called Nonno Rico and was dedicated to the paternal grandfather of Alessandro.
This wine has given, over the years, a lot of satisfaction and recognition, representing also the means by which you made known, in both Italian and foreign markets, our brand: Poderi Morini. So, the initial idea of Natale Morini, an important poultry and farming entrepreneur, has become a reality thanks to the enthusiasm, the seriousness and the constancy of his son Alessandro and his wife Daniela, who put heart and soul into the project for the production of quality wines: research and enhancement of local varieties with the intent to realize the dream to make known and promote Romagna.
