Several are the novelties affecting the company of the dynamic and enterprising Maurizio Vallona. A new wine from grapes is in fining: Pignoletto, remaining 24 months in steel. At the same time, the inauguration of the building used for the tasting of many products has taken place, all characterized by respect and the evolution of the varietal features; from a well–balanced alcohol content, great pillar of the structure; to pleasure and taste balance. The Permartina 2006 stands out for its refined floral nuances and a pleasant softness given by a slight drying of the grapes.
