Giovanni Cossetti began its activity transforming the family farm in a vinification cellar. A land of excellent wines, already traditional and appreciated at the end of the nineteenth century, Monferrato is a place of great winemaking vocation starting from which the family, that here has its deep roots, has built its philosophy of quality.
Clemente, the son of the founder, has been making known in Italy and abroad his wines, already at the beginning of the 20s. His sons Giovanni and Mario, for decades, will consolidate the activity in all its components, from the vineyard to the winery, to marketing.
Now it is the fourth generation of the family to continue with enthusiasm a long story that looks at the future, starting from the right balance between tradition and innnovation, attentive to the evolution of the market and especially of the taste of those who love author wine and its most qualified territories of origin.
It is a small family company that cultivates vineyards and vinified their grapes for three generations.The principal aim of Gianni Doglia is to produce wine of highest quality, in regards of a food and wine culture and of a region that are the cradle of wine, precisely at the place where the resolute Langa's hills meet the soft slant of Monferrato..
