Thanks to the work and the experience of the current owner, Antonio Giglio Verga, the company today plays a role of considerable prestige in the agricultural economy of the territory.

The activity of the company is focused on grain cultivation and zootechnics.

In 2008 the company’s winery was inaugurated, where exclusively from the farm grapes are vinified.

The family Zito produces wine for the past 4 generations. The art of cultivating grapes is a passion born in the 1870 when Stefano Zito begun a long tradition about wine which has been handed down over time and today carried on by Valentino Zito and his brothers with the same passion ever.

The company, since its foundation in 2004, has had the goal to achieve the quality of production thanks to techniques capable of producing a typical and optimal D.O.C. wine, using the grapes from the region, such as sweet Magliocco, locally known as Arvino, Greco Nero, Pecorello and Malvasia, the main actors of the quality of the wine. Productive research consistently aims to experiment new technological aspects that affect the most modern agricultural techniques and novelties in the wine scene. Currently, the company has a surface area of 14 hectares in production, located in the municipalities of Marzi, Altilia and Carpanzano.

The company produces four lines:

Savuto Rosso Classico: made from the typical varieties Magliocco (Arvino), Greco Nero, Pecorello and Malvasia. After a long fermentation, it is left to mature in the winery for a year to preserve the taste of natural things. Experts will know to appreciate a light sediment on the bottom of the bottle.

Savuto Rosso Superiore: from the union between the native grapes Magliocco (Arvino), Greco Nero, Pecorello and Malvasia, Savuto Superiore is made. The wine obtained is aged in oak barrels and in the bottle for at least 2 years.

Rosato Gida: it is created from the native grape varieties Magliocco and Greco Nero del Savuto. It is vinified traditionally making drain the crushed grapes.

Bianco Terra di Ginestre: the result of an accurate selection of the best native white grapes of Savuto: Greco, Mantonico, Pecorello.

Traditionally the activity consisted in the centralization of musts produced in the territory of the Donnici d.o.c., area in which gives beyond thousand years produces destined grapes to wines. With passing of the years the techniques and the methods of production have been evolven: till 1960 the activity was subdivided in little ones productive takeovers, successively all the activity has been unified in an only takeover.
The Bozzo wines are all good, rigorously from local grapes, with that availability to accompany the daily meal without to run the risk to leave weighted down or overwhelmed from the alcoholic power. Enotria Aziende Vitivinicole

The Enotria Wineries were founded about half a century ago by a small group of agricultural producers with a passion for good wine and the old agricultural traditions of their ancestors. Today, more than 130 hectares of land planted with vines contribute to the production Cir Classico DOC, which in this area reaches a very high quality.

The Enotria Wineries today are among the most popular Calabrian "full cycle" companies for the production of Cir Classico.
