Vallagarina, from kitchen to cellar : this is the name chosen to present to the public the initiative that the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route , in collaboration with the Municipality of Isera and ONAV-Section of Trento , has included in the program of events at La Vigna Excellent… and immediately Isera , the wine event dedicated to Marzemino scheduled from Thursday 9 to Sunday 12 September.
The appointment is for Friday 10 September , from 7.00 pm to midnight , at Palazzo Fedrigotti in Isera , seat of the Town Hall, to embark on a food and wine journey to discover the excellence of the territory. Six , in particular, the planned wine & food stages , for a total of 12 tastings , which will accompany the guest from appetizer to dessert.
It starts with a crunchy Welcome and vegetables "in the pantry" by Panificio Moderno and Biodebiasi di Isera, followed by Salumi in quartet! , selection of artisan cured meats proposed by Macelleria Moschini di Ala. The first is instead entrusted to the Casa del Vino della Vallagarina di Isera with the Lasagnetta al ragù nuanced with Marzemino , while the second to the BocconDiVino restaurant in Mori, which will offer a Terrine of game . There is also space for cheeses with the Verticale di Vezzena from the Caseificio degli Altipiani and Vezzena di Lavarone and a sweet conclusion with the Cheesecake with cooked must from Marzemino from the Locanda delle Tre Chiavi di Isera.
In combination, at the free choice of the participants, a selection of wines and spirits by Albino Armani Viticoltori since 1607, Antica Erboristeria Dott. Cappelletti, Azienda Agricola Balter, Azienda Agricola La Cadalora, Borgo dei Posseri, Cantina d'Isera, Cantina Sociale Trento, Marzadro Distillery, Letrari Società Agricola, Revì Trentodoc, Tenute Sajni Fasanotti and Vivallis.
To allow interested parties to learn more about the characteristics of the products for tasting, service and pouring are entrusted to the producers and restaurateurs themselves.
Furthermore, the “eclectic and daring” music of the Banda Storta enriches the evening.

The participation fee is 30 euros in advance until Tuesday 7 September, 35 euros the following days or the day of the event. Those who do not want to access the complete “Grappolo” proposal with six combinations, can choose the “Racimolo” version, with three food & wine combinations offered for 20 euros, or the “Acino”, with tasting of 5 wines and a grappa for 15 euros. Participation is allowed only to Green Pass holders.
