The vineyard? Natural "antidote" against Covid stress! Open Vigneti, the new initiative of the Movimento Turismo del Vino FVG

In fact, nature, with its cycles and seasonality, has always remained an indisputable fixed point, transmitting a sense of security to all of us in this complicated pandemic period. Precisely for this reason Vigneti Aperti was born, the new initiative organized by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Wine Tourism Movement that allows you to breathe pure air, learn about the different vegetative phases of the vine and discover how wine is born in the vineyard , thanks to the wine tourism experiences organized by the associated wineries.

Starting from Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd May , and until November, a rich calendar of events awaits you between visits to the vineyards and / or cellar, aperitifs in the vineyard, sensory workshops, picnics, dinners with the winemaker, music in the vineyard and many other curiosities. Each meeting will take place in full compliance with the health and hygiene regulations provided (obligation to wear a mask even outdoors, personal distancing, etc.) and will take place outdoors.

A valid and original tourist proposal to discover or rediscover our evocative landscapes, the places of excellence of wine , remembering that the entire production process takes shape from the earth: pruning, binding, leaf removal and harvesting are all essential elements for the birth and maturation of our oenological excellence.

The initiative is designed as a pleasant and relaxing opportunity to meet in the open air, suitable for tourists, enthusiasts and families (children and teenagers can learn by coming directly into contact with nature): after listening to the stories of the vineyard and getting to know the different stages of vineyard processing, adults can delight in a pleasant tasting of the company's wines accompanied by typical local products.
