The countryside of the Cembra Valley has a peculiarity that has also given it the title of Historical Rural Landscape : green slopes that descend to the waters of the Avisio river with terraces planted with vines and over seven hundred kilometers of dry stone walls. From here the 0 km products of local companies are born, which can be tasted at the event " Baiti En Festa 2023 ": there will be nine huts where the visitor can stop and find different dishes from stage to stage accompanied by wines, sparkling wines, grappas as well as the non-alcoholic version of apple juice and water in syrup from GioVe Officinali. The huts are dedicated to the best productions of the Val di Cembra, namely Trentodoc, Müller Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Schiava, Pinot Noir, Lagrein, fruit liqueurs and Grappas from the cellars and distilleries of the Valle di Cembra such as Alfio Nicolodi, Barone a Prato, Cantina Toniolli , Cembra Cantina di Montagna, Cembrani DOC, Corvée, Pietra di Confine, Pelz, Simoni Michele and Ferruccio, Tenuta Gottardi, Zanotelli, Paolazzi Vittorio distillery and Pilzer distillery.
At the final stage, to make the greeting more pleasant , background music will be provided by the Niutenti in the central square of Palù di Giovo, where coffee will also be served and the station will be set up for collecting the deposit for the glass and a wine shop with the wines, sparkling wines and grappas tasted along the way, to take home a sip of Val di Cembra.
Appropriate clothing and footwear for trekking and possibly a sweater are recommended because May evenings are cool in Val di Cembra.
