New appointment with Vigneti Aperti, the natural initiative of the FVG Wine Tourism Movement.

Attention to the environment, care for nature and the land are important prerequisites for sustainable and respectful viticulture.
Thanks to the passionate tales of the winemakers, you have the opportunity to discover how wine is born in the vineyard and learn about their commitment to the preservation of nature and the resources of the land.
On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July the weekly appointment with Vigneti Aperti is enriched from a sustainable point of view : in addition to visits to the cellar and the vineyard, walks with a 25-year-old donkey, tastings of organic wines, picnics immersed in nature, aperitifs in garden and much more.

A valid and original tourist proposal to discover or rediscover our evocative landscapes, the places of excellence of wine , remembering that the entire production process takes shape from the earth: pruning, binding, leaf removal and harvesting are all essential elements for the birth and maturation of our oenological excellence.
The initiative is designed as a pleasant and relaxing opportunity to meet in the open air, suitable for tourists, enthusiasts and families (children and teenagers can learn by coming directly into contact with nature): after listening to the stories of the vineyard and getting to know the different stages of vineyard processing, adults can delight in a pleasant tasting of the company's wines accompanied by typical local products.

The regional wineries participating in the initiative are: I Magredi in San Giorgio della Richinvelda (PN), in the province of Udine you will find Barone Ritter de Zàhony, Cantina Puntin and Tarlao in Aquileia, Dario Coos in Ramandolo, De Claricini in Moimacco, Elio Wines in Grupignano, Ferrin Paolo in Camino al Tagliamento, Le Due Torri in Corno di Rosazzo, Spolert Winery in Prepotto and Villa Vitas in Strassoldo. In the province of Gorizia, on the other hand, you can find Borgo Conventi in Farra d'Isonzo and Pascolo in Dolegna del Collio.

All wine tourism friends who want to be informed about the news of the event and the participating companies during the various weekends can find all the information on the website www.cantineaperte.info and on the social media of the Facebook association MtvFVG and Instagram mtv_friulivg .

And as Luigi Veronelli used to say, "To understand wine, you have to walk the vineyard!"
