Hospitality at High Altitude, the new event of Hospitality – The Hospitality Fair, scheduled for November 11th at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo.

On November 11th, "Hospitality in Alta Quota," the new event of Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza (The Hospitality Fair), will debut at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo. An afternoon of meetings, ideas, and professional development on the eve of the winter season, featuring 30 companies and business futurist Alberto Mattiello, exploring innovation, AI, and new hospitality scenarios.

Bringing tools, ideas, and new professional connections directly to the heart of the mountains, as businesses and operators prepare for a new winter season. This is the goal of Hospitality in Alta Quota , the new event promoted by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, which will take place on Wednesday, November 11th, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, at the Paladolomiti in Pinzolo .

"This initiative is designed to concretely address the needs of those working in mountain areas, providing an opportunity for updates, networking, and discussion just a few weeks before the start of the season," comments Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi . "The event focuses on the changes transforming the hospitality and restaurant industries, new technologies, artificial intelligence, and the products and solutions that can support businesses in their day-to-day management and development of their offerings. Hospitality thus brings its wealth of relationships, expertise, and innovation directly to the region, with a streamlined and highly business-oriented format."

Not a traditional sequence of conferences and presentations, but a dynamic space where guests can freely explore meetings, content, and networking. The Paladolomiti will host 30 company booths , representing the various sectors that contribute to the development of contemporary hospitality: from contract solutions to technology, from beverages to other sectors of the supply chain, offering a cross-section of products, services, and innovations useful for the new season. At the center of the space, an area dedicated to content and discussion will host a journey through new scenarios, trends, innovation, and public engagement. Leading the discussion will be Alberto Mattiello , business futurist and expert in innovation and artificial intelligence, with a look at the changes underway in hospitality, followed by a more participatory session featuring live surveys, industry perspectives, and company presentations. The discussion will revolve around five major themes: understanding guests better, simplifying work, creating new experiences, optimizing resources and costs, and rethinking spaces.

"One of the defining elements of the format will be 1 IDEA, a project through which each participating company will present a product, a new product, a solution, or an innovation that represents their approach to the sector," adds Giovanna Voltolini, Group Exhibition Manager at Riva del Garda Fierecongressi . "This is how the 30 companies, 30 ideas initiative was born, designed to stimulate curiosity, discussion, and networking among professionals and businesses. What emerges from the stations will also be incorporated into the afternoon's story, creating a direct link between new hospitality scenarios and what the market is already offering."

Hospitality in Alta Quota thus expands the opportunities for interaction between the market and operators, encouraging direct discussion on the needs, tools, and transformations affecting a strategic sector for Italian tourism.
