On the occasion of the Italian Song Festival, Hospitality – Il Salone dell'Accoglienza , the most comprehensive international event in Italy dedicated to the world of hospitality and catering, comes to Casa Sanremo again this year to spotlight the values of increasingly accessible, inclusive and innovation-oriented hospitality.
At the heart of Italy's most popular event, from February 23rd to 28th, Hospitality will champion a new vision of hospitality: more open, contemporary, and capable of integrating technology, culture, and a focus on people.
Inside Casa Futuro , the interactive space created in collaboration with We Make Future, the event will focus on accessibility, a strategic lever for the growth of the tourism and hospitality sector. This commitment has been pursued by the fair for years, including through projects like DI OGNUNO, which translates into concrete initiatives, training activities, and solutions designed to ensure truly inclusive and superior stay experiences.
Participating in Casa Sanremo with WMF - We Make Future marks a meeting point between hospitality, technological innovation, culture, and music, with the aim of contributing to the construction of a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Through talks and discussion opportunities, the event will explore key topics such as the future of AI and robotics, the Creator Economy approach applied to brand marketing, and the evolution of the music industry between algorithms and creativity. A key focus will be on innovation and inclusion in sports and tourism, with moments dedicated to accessibility best practices and the presentation of the WMF Awards for the Hospitality sector.
"Hospitality is first and foremost a cultural value ," says Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, organizer of the Hospitality trade show . "Our presence at Casa Sanremo with WMF sends a clear message: inclusion and innovation must go hand in hand to shape a sector capable of welcoming everyone, valuing their needs, diversity, and sensitivities."
"We're delighted to be joining Hospitality in Sanremo to bring a shared vision of the future. With Casa Futuro, we want to demonstrate that the intersection of innovation, technology, hospitality, music, and accessibility creates a harmony capable of generating value. Because the future isn't a solo act, but a shared project: innovative, inclusive, and accessible," emphasizes Cosmano Lombardo, CEO of Search On and Founder of WMF - We Make Future .
" At Casa Futuro, our space within Casa Sanremo, we will pay particular attention to the sensorial dimension of the spaces, focusing on the role of music and sound in creating harmonious atmospheres, tailored to different contexts and respectful of those with hearing impairments. From volume management to the acoustic design of the spaces, we promote a conscious approach to sound as an element of inclusion, capable of improving the comfort and overall well-being of each guest," adds Giovanna Voltolini, Exhibition Manager of Hospitality.
Hospitality's presence at Casa Sanremo is part of a broader strategy to raise awareness among operators, institutions, and stakeholders about the importance of accessibility, not only as a social responsibility but as a concrete lever for economic and reputational development.
From this perspective, accessibility—including the careful design and careful planning of the sound environment—emerges as a genuine competitive factor, capable of generating cultural value, strengthening the entire tourism sector, and promoting a hospitality model increasingly focused on people, the quality of the experience, and respect for diversity, in dialogue with transversal areas such as music, events, and culture.
