Cantine Aperte: a quality food and wine weekend The historic event that enhances the culture of wine is back

An experience rich in content, an important moment of confrontation with people who dedicate themselves to their business with professionalism and dedication. Two days of initiatives (organized in full compliance with the health and hygiene regulations provided for the containment of the pandemic) to fully tell the magical and varied world of wine: visits to the cellar, tastings, food and wine delicacies, suggestive experiences will accompany the visitor .

The president of the Movimento Turismo del Vino FVG Elda Felluga expresses satisfaction " Despite the still complicated and uncertain period, once again this year we were able to organize our historic event respecting all the necessary precautions, first of all the booking for visits and tastings. semper Cantine Aperte is an event dedicated to the knowledge of the culture of wine and the enhancement of the territory. Precisely for this reason this year we will support various local cultural associations: a significant contribution to help this important sector made up of people who with commitment and passion contribute to realization of worthy activities. Furthermore, an important novelty of this edition is the doubling of Cantine Aperte scheduled for 19 and 20 June to favor wine tourists from all regions ".

We remind you that the winemakers are ready to welcome you by offering you from 1 to 3 free tastings while the following ones, at the discretion of each individual company, may be subject to a fee. Also, do not forget that companies offer visits and / or experiences by reservation, so check and book in time.
Do not miss the Dinners (Saturday 29th - unless otherwise indicated) and Lunches (Sunday 30th) with the Vignaiolo , a format that invites you to live an experience with a total flavor, enhanced by an exclusive menu and the meeting with the vignerons. On Sunday your tastings will be enriched by the special Open Cellar Dishes , proposals from the local cuisine paired with a wine.

Attention to the territory has always characterized not only the FVG Wine Tourism Movement but also CiviBank, an institution that has always been close to local realities. This communion of intentions led to the choice of the president Elda Felluga as one of the testimonials of the new communication campaign of the Cividale institute, dedicated to its transformation into SpA and Benefit Company. The transformation into a Benefit Company , in particular, represents a meeting point for the values of both realities, which have as their objective the enhancement and care of the territory.

For the first time, at national level, to satisfy wine lovers from all regions, it was decided to double the event: on 19 and 20 June , in fact, another Cantine Aperte weekend will take place, obviously always in full compliance with the safety necessary to guarantee the health of the participants.

A partnership has been activated with WeFood, a festival dedicated to the discovery and knowledge of the " Factories of Taste " organized in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Emilia Romagna. The event celebrates the food and wine excellences of the territories as well as the realities that produce goods and services for the restaurant world. As part of the collaboration, unmissable haute cuisine demonstrations will be organized on Saturday 29 May in the company of some prestigious regional chefs.
