In this way the wine days of Fiera Bolzano end, this year landmark for hundreds of insiders. Autochtona
– the twelfth National Forum of native wines, which took place on 19th and 20th October
– has registered as many as 1,280 visitors, with 120 producers from 15 different Italian regions, for a total of 480 native labels for tasting.
The event, which confirms its successful formula, has been enriched with typical side events: the "Autoctoni che passione!" selection, in which a jury of Italian and international wine journalists chaired by the Deputy Director of "La Gazzetta dello Sport" Pier Bergonzi evaluated 76 labels finalists for tasting assigning six
"Autochtona Awards",
"Vinea Tirolensis", the area dedicated to the Winegrowers of South Tyrol which reported the record of 900 presences and, finally,
"Tasting Lagrein", a comparative tasting of the red berry South Tyrolean vine organized in collaboration with the South Tyrol Wines Consortium, whose jury was presided by Peter Schleimer, of the VINARIA Austrian magazine.
Therefore, a more than positive trend, that of the 12th edition of the National Forum of Native wines which is confirmed also in the words of the exhibitors, who express their opinion on the participation.
