Antica Osteria Agania is a historic tavern in Arezzo, now in its Fourth Generation. There, you can taste the traditional dishes of the Arezzo tradition, such as home–made pasta with various sauces to match according to the season, like mushrooms in autumn, hare, wild boar or wild asparagus in June.
The Le Chiavi d’Oro Restaurant was founded in august 2007, with the common and widely shared passion of three brothers: Teresa, Giovanna and Francesco Stilo. After years of experience, gained working in the family restaurant L’Antica Trattoria da Guido, mentioned by two wine and food Guides: Slow Food and Gambero Rosso, Francesco specializes himself at the School of kitchen of Gualtiero Marchesi in Parma, with an excellent master such as Luciano Tona. Then, the Stilo brothers decided to face the challenge in one of the most beautiful squares of the city: Piazza San Francesco.
The place, of great value and highly representative for the town, deserved a furniture style that respected the environment and enhanced the beauty of the place. Therefore, they entrusted this not so easy task to a prominent figure in the Italian design scene and friend of theirs: Vincenzo De Cotiis.
In December 2007, Le Chiavi d'Oro had the privilege of being published in the most famous magazines of Italian and international design: ELLE DECOR. The beauty, sought in the form, is found in the taste of dishes that favor products that this land offers.
All this has met great appreciation by the general public of Arezzo and not only, obtaining the warning, not of small value, on the Michelin Guide 2009.
The desire and the daily commitment of Teresa, Giovanna and Francesco, is to satisfy more and more customers and to become in Arezzo a nice culinary showcase.

The typical Tuscan cuisine, combined with our fish specialties, makes our restaurant one of the most distinctive and refined in the province of Arezzo. The “Ginocchioni” eel is one of our most requested dishes by customers.

La Rustica – Pasta Fresca Artigianale, was founded in Arezzo in 1983 by Piero and Lina (husband and wife), who still own it. In all these years, the main goal has been to combine the passion, experience and a taste for the good things in order to obtain high quality products. To achieve this goal, we put the same passion as always, the same desire to seek out and select the best raw materials to ensure our customers the highest genuineness and daily freshness of the products. In confirmation of this, we are proud to have received by the Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo, for our craftsmanship and manual labor tied to tradition and to the territory, the recognition of our activities as: artistic and traditional craft.
Our workshop is a real house of taste, where from the combination of innovation and tradition, products with a unique flavor are produced everyday. Here the raw materials, carefully
selected, are expertly crafted by expert hands, to give life to true delicacies and satisfy the palate of the most demanding customers. In effect, it has been a great success for handmade products (cappelli, cappellacci, tortelloni, ravioloni, caramelle, monachine, panzotti, fagottini etc...), stuffed with traditional fillings or special and delicious fillings. If our products could talk they would tell the commitment, the pursuit of the lost flavors (chestnut ravioli, Piacenza tortelli, cheese and pears, chickpeas tortelli, Maremma ravioli), through revisited grandmother’s recipes. Or special recipes created for an event, such as Gnocco del Bengodi created especially for the program of Alex Revelli and Susanna Cutini. In our kitchen, gravies and sauces are made and used to create special dishes that will be tasted in the Hall of Gluttons, within our laboratory, to satisfy the most demanding palates. Only then we will be completely satisfied.
