La Rustica – Pasta Fresca Artigianale, was founded in Arezzo in 1983 by Piero and Lina (husband and wife), who still own it. In all these years, the main goal has been to combine the passion, experience and a taste for the good things in order to obtain high quality products. To achieve this goal, we put the same passion as always, the same desire to seek out and select the best raw materials to ensure our customers the highest genuineness and daily freshness of the products. In confirmation of this, we are proud to have received by the Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo, for our craftsmanship and manual labor tied to tradition and to the territory, the recognition of our activities as: artistic and traditional craft.



Our workshop is a real house of taste, where from the combination of innovation and tradition, products with a unique flavor are produced everyday. Here the raw materials, carefully
selected, are expertly crafted by expert hands, to give life to true delicacies and satisfy the palate of the most demanding customers. In effect, it has been a great success for handmade products (cappelli, cappellacci, tortelloni, ravioloni, caramelle, monachine, panzotti, fagottini etc...), stuffed with traditional fillings or special and delicious fillings. If our products could talk they would tell the commitment, the pursuit of the lost flavors (chestnut ravioli, Piacenza tortelli, cheese and pears, chickpeas tortelli, Maremma ravioli), through revisited ​​grandmother’s recipes. Or special recipes created for an event, such as Gnocco del Bengodi created especially for the program of Alex Revelli and Susanna Cutini. In our kitchen, gravies and sauces are made and used to create special dishes that will be tasted in the Hall of Gluttons, within our laboratory, to satisfy the most demanding palates. Only then we will be completely satisfied.
