“Le Contrade” restaurant is located in a beautiful corner of the historical center of Sacile, one of the most characteristic of the town, between the Cathedral and the river Livenza.
Roberto Falcone has always had an inherent passion for food and wine culture, that developed with the collection of the best local wines of Friuli. In 2009 he took over and transformed the place into one of the most popular restaurants in the province. It managed to enrich it as Wine Bar of reference for lovers of good wine and professional tasters.
The environment is definitely warm and cozy, built in an integrated style that combines wood and stone, and that is able to interact seamlessly with the aesthetics of the dishes. You can taste wine in a warm and rather intimate atmosphere. The leather sofas located in the main room allow you to relax and enjoy after dinner even the best selected liqueurs.
Outside there is a terrace where you can eat quietly in the heart of the district without being disturbed by the noise of the town life.
In the warm seasons it becomes the perfect meeting place for summer evenings.
Inside, there is a room called “La Cantinetta”, where you can organize lunches, dinners and tastings of the fine wines that the restaurant has in its list.
“La Cantinetta” is placed in a corner that puts it in a situation of absolute privacy, which is ideal for private dinners or business lunches.
The peculiarity of this portion of the restaurant, is that of feeling pampered at home by the owner who does not lose sight of the needs of the customer.
You are surrounded by shelves with fine local wines, and the adjacency of the kitchen offers an atmosphere of pleasant familiarity mixing scents and flavors that remind us of the tradition.
As for the menu, it is balanced between meat and fish, even if a special attention in the kitchen is dedicated to fish, with themed dinners that are held every month with the combined offer of wines of the highest quality.
Every day the menu is enriched by novelties which are decided at the time of the expenditure, considering first of all the freshness of the products on which to base the menu.
The kitchen has a typical Veneto/Friuli base, but even in this case the contamination of the theme nights explores other Italian and foreign cuisines.
Not rare are wine and food events enlivened by music of quality, as it was in the case of the string quartet “The Holter Ensemble”, and others.
Another feature is the personal attention of the staff in the reception of customers, who feel immediately at ease. The various sections of the restarant allow you to fulfill all the demands of clients of various targets.
The wine list is remarkable, with more than 300 labels. As to remain faithful to the orientation towards native food, in this case Friuli wines are paramount, but there are plenty of great red wines from Tuscany, Piedmont and France. You can find a Barolo di Conterno, a Brunello Poggio alle Mura or a precious Bordeaux Chateau Mouton Rothschild. Even of the so–called “bubbles” there is a wide range, bringing out the champagne André Roger Gran Cru that Roberto Falcone has began to promote in addition to his restaurant. At Al Parco it is possible to organize pleasant weddings with aperitif in the garden, business lunches, representative lunches and dinners. The owners are specialized in business agreements, therefore, they offer companies excellent menus at a fixed price.
The structure can host 500 people in different halls and smaller rooms.
We design on request of companies menus of fish, meat or, alternatively, pizza baked in wood oven. We accept food stamps and credit cards. Fridays to Sundays “Al Parco Due Spiedo d’Oro”, a youthful venue where you can taste skewered or grilled meat and the famous cockerel, or organize parties for your birthday and more with music and dance.
The building of the ancient cutlery works is the testimony of the industrial archeology typical of the cutlery works of Maniago. The oldest part (end of the nineteenth century), with the original roof made of cedar wood coming from the surrounding woods and the masonry of stones of the stream Colvera, was the iron beater of old cutlery works. In accordance with the traditions, the Prosciutteria is a sincere testimony of local produce, of quality, flavors and needs of a modern customer, who often feels the need to combine quality to frugality. All in a picturesque setting, which expertly preserves traces of the work of hundreds of craftsmen who, over the centuries, have produced there thousands of knives.
PROSCIUTTERIA DOK DALL’AVA was founded in June 22nd, 1988, thanks to an idea by Carlo Dall’Ava, his son Natalino Dall’Ava, founder of the group, to make people understand that Ham is not only an appetizer but a round food. The goal was to combine a few simple dishes to DOK Dall’Ava Ham of equal quality. Then, here is the fresh pasta of durum wheat drawn through bronze, together with sauces created by Mrs. Paola Dall’Ava, Natalino’s wife and mother of Carlo, as well as inventor (with her husband) of the San Daniele ham of smoked salmon trout and of countless alternative types of ham processed with the most strange meat in the world, now reduced to more controllable species. The success was immediate, also because of the very high quality of the food served, the price was right and still today the value for money is one of the essential rules of the chain.
In the following years, Prosciutteria DOK Dall’Ava of San Daniele was joined by others, arriving to the 11 “sisters” of today. In all these years the offer has been optimized in such a way that it is replicable anywhere in the world.
Today, the loyal customers of DOK know that in Prosciutterie DOK Dall’Ava, they can safely satisfy their palates with dishes that respect fully the raw materials enhancing them without processings and adding nothing, and moreover, if you want, everything you eat can be purchased even for takeout.
It is one of the few Italian restaurant chains that buy very little from outside as it produces most of its offer in its business and what is not produced there is retrieved by friends companies that follow the principles of the DOK Dall’Ava group.

The list of dishes changes from month to month according to the demand of the market, the style of cooking is local, creative, with some international influences, the wine list contains about 380 labels that can satisfy even the most demanding customers.
Catering and banqueting. Let’s start by clarifying the difference between the meaning of these two terms that now we hear a bit everywhere. “Catering” means a food service related to an event organized outside the restaurant, while “banqueting” is inside the premises of the restaurant itself.

In 1983 the “Trattoria alla Pesa” restaurant, established by the Bravin Family in 1975, was restored and renamed “Bar Trattoria Cavour”.
In the past, in a small room, the premise housed six/seven tables, but after a few years an enlargement was required in 1990 a new larger dining room was opened.
The new hall has wide windows, which overlook the garden (il “Brolo”),
through which customers can admire the changing of the seasons and, in total relax, enjoy our specialities.

The Chef will take care of making you enjoy the best of alternative meats’ cuisine and not only, from meats of the tradition, to homemade pasta and gnocchi, to oysters, Bufalotto, Frico, free–range chicken, grilled mix, cooked both outside and inside with authentic embers of vine and beech.
The tavern is situated in he old town of San Vito al Tagliamento, between the central square (Piazza del Popolo) and Piazzetta Pescheria, in the area of the old castle to which it owes its name.
The venue, attended by the people of San Vito since the early twentieth century, has been run by the Brusin family since 1999: Alessandro and Viviana.
Since 2006 the venue belongs to the Typical Restaurants of Pordenone: in effect, here typical of the territory dishes are prepared and served in the most traditional manner.

The venue has a total of 35 seats, placed in the area used as a tavern and in the one used as a wine bar.

After a good job of renovation, Al Gallo Restaurant has reopened. We are in the very historical center of Pordenone, in the heart of the town, just a stone’s throw from the river Noncello and that famous dock called Portus Naonis which gave it that name. The restaurant was founded around 1850 and it is said that the name was chosen because it was located at the entry of the town and facing the rising sun, as the rooster (gallo) sings at the break of day. To manage the restaurant in Pordenone, recently honored by the Region with the insignia of hisorical place, there are Andrea Spina and Dorotea Pitton, who offer sea food because of their work experience in Grado.
