After the success of the first edition in 2020, the tasting event dedicated to I Vini del Piemonte , the promotional consortium that brings together over 230 regional wineries, returns to Naples. On Monday 25 October starting from 3:00 pm different categories of public will have the opportunity to taste the great Piedmontese labels present in the city in the spaces of the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo. It starts already at 14:00 with a masterclass reserved for buyers and by invitation, conducted by the journalist Luciano Pignataro and Nicola Argamante, president of the Consortium; it continues with tasting counters for all operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. and from 17:30 to 19:00 the entrance is allowed to all the curious and wine lovers.

"The 2020 edition took place in a reduced form - commented Nicola Argamante President of the Consorzio I Vini del Piemonte - due to anti-covid restrictions, so we are proud to finally be able to return to this wonderful city that has welcomed us with great success last year, despite the complex moment.

Promoting in a land of great wines is always an important challenge, but we are proud that our Italian tour starts right from Naples, the gastronomic capital and flagship of tourism where, we are sure, refined and attentive palates will be able to welcome with curiosity the Piedmontese excellences for tasting . "

Professionals and wine lovers from Campania will have the opportunity to taste over 100 wines from 17 producers from different areas of Piedmont: Langhe, Roero, Monferrato and Alto Piemonte will raise the flag of the main indigenous grape varieties of the region in their different territorial expressions, providing interesting ideas for enthusiasts and interesting commercial opportunities for the various representatives of the trade of a region dotted with hotels and restaurants of the highest level.

The wines of Piedmont

Founded in 2010 by the will of some producers, I Vini del Piemonte is a promotion consortium that unites over two hundred small and medium-sized wineries between Langhe, Roero, Monferrato and Northern Piedmont. Today it is an undisputed point of reference for Piedmontese wineries, in particular for small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector interested in exporting their wines abroad. At the base of all the activities organized by I Vini del Piemonte there is a true "team spirit", in the belief that promoting companies with the Piedmont brand together is the real winning weapon to present oneself in the best possible way in the various international markets.
