WINE PAINTING QUERCIAMATTA: ART AND CHARITY IN THE QUERCIAMATTA ESTATE

WPQM – Wine Painting Querciamatta : the second edition of the now annual event organized by Tenuta Querciamatta is back, in the hills of Monsummano Terme in the province of Pistoia, dedicated to art, solidarity, conviviality and of course good wine.

Seven artists , immersed in the olive trees of the farm and accompanied by the live music of the Trio Italiano Show and subsequently by DJ sets by Dj Nejo, with a live painting performance gave life to the white labels of Querciamatta wines - Rosé and red D - creating real signature bottles.

The leading artists, each with their own personality and style, told stories and emotions, under the curious and fascinated eyes of the guests who witnessed the evolution of the works of art until the end of the evening which concluded with a ' charity auction whose proceeds were totally donated to Dynamo Camp , the first Recreational Therapy camp in Italy, which hosts children and young people suffering from serious or chronic diseases and their families free of charge and with whom Querciamatta has a long-standing relationship.

Before the auction, the bottles were evaluated by a heterogeneous jury made up of experts and professionals from the world of art, public administration and commerce. Querciamatta decided to buy the three bottles that arrived on the podium, with a donation to Dynamo Camp.

Out of competition, but still auctioned off, are the bottles made by Maria Paola Gabusi, organizer of the Leone d'Oro International, an important international competition that rewards and promotes the best extra virgin olive oil in the world.
