The appointment is from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October for a three-day event which, albeit with the limitations imposed by Covid, aims to offer guests various opportunities to get to know and explore the village of the City of Wine of Isera and its beautiful surroundings. vineyards and to deepen the knowledge of a vine which, arrived in the 16th century at the end of a long journey that began in the heart of Central Asia, in these lands has been able to express itself at its best and find its own clear identity, becoming one of the oenological symbols of Trentino .

So let's go to themed dinners in the restaurants of Isera that will offer special menus paired with different Marzemino in the presence of the same producers who will be able to illustrate to the most curious participants the characteristics of their excellences and enriched by readings related to the rural history of the town, but also to the dedicated workshops , such as that of the Onav-section of Trento , which will focus on the different expressions of Marzemino combined with dishes made with local products.

During the event, however, there will also be the opportunity to get to know the other wines of the area, through a tasting of Bordeaux wines such as Fojaneghe, Ciliegino, Pragiare and Tebro, combined with gastronomic specialties of the area, thanks to a dedicated laboratory by Slow Food Valle dell'Adige Alto Garda . There will also be an appointment dedicated to the little ones , who can learn while having fun how to make one of the most representative dishes of Trentino cuisine, the dumplings . And, new for 2020 , a guided tour on board an "agribus" is scheduled which, in complete safety, will lead winelovers to discover Isera and its hamlets, with stops at some producers combined with dedicated tastings.
