February 25th at Combo, from 6.30pm to 8pm , together with Gringhigna and Cascina Bric, the Masterclass " Wine in the feminine " will be held

"Vino al Femminile" (Wine in the Feminine) is a masterclass dedicated to businesses led by female entrepreneurs who have chosen to showcase Piedmont through wine: female-run wineries, stories of passion, and the region. A journey through glasses and authentic voices, where wine becomes a symbol of innovation and inclusion. The masterclass will be presented by two distinct entities: the Gringhigna winery, which combines sustainability and social inclusion, producing artisanal wines such as Barbera, Dolcetto, and Moscato that celebrate the connection between land and community; and Cascina Bric, a winery and agritourism in the heart of the Monferrato hills, where family tradition is renewed under the guidance of the Mosso sisters, representing the fourth generation committed to producing quality wines and promoting the region through hospitality and food and wine culture.

February 26th at Combo, from 6.30pm to 8pm , together with Gavi Giovani APS, the " Giovanni Gavi " Masterclass will be held

"Giovani Gavi" is a masterclass dedicated to the producers of the Gavi Giovani APS Association, new and dynamic voices of Gavi DOCG. A tasting journey that recounts a historic territory through contemporary interpretations, combining identity, vision, and shared passion.

February 27th at Combo, from 6.30pm to 8pm , together with the Escamotage Association , the Masterclass " EsCAMOtage: another Moscato is possible" will be held.

Escamotage – Aroma di un Territorio is an association that brings together producers from the Langhe and Monferrato regions united by the desire to promote Moscato Bianco in a new, distinctive, and contemporary guise. The project was born as a shared journey, with a common production specification, to affirm a qualitative and territorial vision of this historic grape variety. The masterclass offers a sensory journey to discover EsCAMOtage , the dry Moscato Bianco that breaks with the traditional canons of sweet Moscato and expresses, through aromas, freshness, and structure, the complexity of a unique and ever-evolving terroir.

The invitation to the tastings is personal and you can also select more than one tasting , based on your availability and preferences.
