The Turin Vermouth Consortium at Vinum 2026 in Alba

This is an event that continues to grow and renew itself, strengthening its role as a benchmark in the national and international wine scene.

On April 25 and 26 and May 1, 2, and 3, 2026, Alba's historic center will once again be transformed into Italy's largest open-air wine bar, with a route stretching through squares, courtyards, and streets, adopting a 360° approach that offers an original interpretation of the connection between wine, food and wine, tourism, and exploration of the region and its landscape.

At this international event, the Turin Vermouth Consortium will have its own stand on Via Snider, in front of the Palazzo Mostre e Congressi.

The members' Vermouth di Torino will be described and served by AIS sommeliers, who will offer a guided tasting experience to visitors from all over Italy and abroad.

In addition to the single tasting, it will be possible to purchase a voucher for three tastings to explore the various types of Vermouth di Torino.

The Consortium's institutional labels will then be featured at the exclusive " Vinum a tavola" event at Roddi Castle. At this prestigious venue, on April 24th and 25th , and again on May 1st and 2nd, four dinners will be offered, offering an exclusive food and wine experience combining haute cuisine and the great wines of Piedmont.

Vermouth di Torino, the only vermouth in the world to boast the PGI, will be served at refined convivial tables   Here, you'll experience gourmet experiences curated by renowned national chefs. In collaboration with the Italian Sommelier Association, carefully crafted pairings will be proposed to enhance each dish, allowing you to experience the ideal food pairing with the finest Piedmontese wines.

It will be an important moment to promote the image and quality of Vermouth di Torino, through the work of its Consortium. The Vermouth di Torino Consortium , established in 2019, represents 99.8% of the production of this Piedmontese excellence, which is distributed in 82 countries. Production has reached over 7 million bottles , with a steady growth trend in volume and value.
