Tarquinia Lido lights up with taste: “Fermento” and “Bolle d'AMare” are coming

Summer in Tarquinia Lido comes to life with two unmissable events that combine food and wine, entertainment and promotion of the territory: “Fermento”, on 27 and 28 June, and “Bolle d'AMare”, on 4 and 5 July. Two distinct but complementary events, capable of transforming the seafront into an open-air taste itinerary, between glasses, flavours and music. Fermento – Craft beer festival, 27 and 28 June “Fermento” is the event dedicated to the craft beers of Tuscia and Lazio: sixteen breweries will present their best labels, in a journey designed to tell not only the story of the product, but also the stories and passion of the producers. All accompanied by live music, DJ sets and a selection of street food designed to enhance each beer. Bolle d'AMare – Review of sparkling wine excellence, 4 and 5 July Dedicated to the best sparkling wine labels from Tuscia and the Italian coasts, “Bolle d'AMare” will offer a traveling route through participating beach resorts, bars and restaurants, where it will be possible to taste, stop after stop, a curated selection of sparkling wines served by FISAR sommeliers. Each tasting point will offer two sparkling wines from different wineries, paired with gourmet street food proposals created by the businesses involved. A dedicated map will accompany participants along the route, to enjoy a complete and engaging wine experience. Promoters and artistic direction The events are promoted by the Italian Beach Resort Union, Assocamping, the Municipality of Tarquinia and the Pro Loco Tarquinia. For “Bolle d'AMare” the artistic direction is by the food and wine expert “with the hat” Carlo Zucchetti.
