From 3 to 5 October 2026 : in a location of excellence: Palazzo Crova, at Palazzo del Gusto in Nizza Monferrato, the evocative multimedia museum where Monferrato's food and wine is narrated through the three types of cuisine from which it took shape: noble, popular and bourgeois.
The seventh edition of “Il Nizza è” confirms its structure with tasting stands open to the public (admission €25) and to industry professionals and the press (via free accreditation).
