Masseria Barbera: few places available for the great tasting of the 70 winning wines at Radici del Sud and the buffet dinner

Starting from October 29th and until the end of December, the review Waiting for Radici del Sud returns, with two appointments at Masseria Barbera , where the itinerant review History, Geography, Social Sciences of wine and food of Southern Italy will take place . Days will be dedicated to the wine, oil and food cultures of Southern Italy with workshops, tastings and debates. From 8.00 pm on Friday 29 October , the tasting of the 70 indigenous wines of Southern Italy awarded in June at the Radici del Sud 2021 Wine Show (here the list of wines ) will be launched and the theme of sustainable nutrition will also be relaunched from the point of view of the relationship between diet and health interpreted, with a buffet dinner, by the chefs Gianluca Ferri and Riccardo Barbera of the homonymous Masseria and by Giacomo Racanelli of Aromi di Sannicandro di Bari.

The event will take place in full compliance with safety regulations, necessary for the protection of all participants. The entrances are limited and can only be accessed after registration. Once the maximum capacity has been reached, it will not be possible to admit further guests.

Admission will be possible without reservation only on the basis of any free places available.
