Guided tours (also in the evening), tastings and restaurant start again

An offer even richer than usual, the one proposed by La Montina di Monticelli Brusati for summer 2020 .

Not only guided visits to the cellar , but real food and wine experiences organized in collaboration with Villa Baiana , the restaurant adjacent to the cellar, housed in the fascinating setting of the seventeenth-century villa, the historic heart of the estate.

A welcoming estate

The Bozza family, the founder of both the La Montina winery and the Villa Baiana restaurant, has always been a strong supporter and promoter of the Franciacorta territory. For more than thirty years, in fact, it has welcomed tourists and wine lovers in the cellar and in the large halls of the villa, immersed in the green hills of Monticelli Brusati, to share with them the secrets of the production of the renowned Franciacorta wine .

Over the years, the proposals dedicated to guests have been enriched with increasingly complete experiences, now more than ever attentive to the productions of other local excellences . It is possible, for example, to participate in wine tastings paired with Lombard cured meats and cheeses (the next one on the calendar will be Sunday 19 July at 10.00).

Cindarella, the novelty of the summer

The post-Covid restart has meant for La Montina and Villa Baiana (as for many other activities) to rethink the company organization, to adapt the offer to the new needs of the guests . So the splendid rooms, courtyards and gardens of Villa Baiana, which usually host receptions and weddings, have been transformed, to welcome friends and customers in complete safety during aperitifs, lunches, dinners and brunches . Cindarella is the name of the new format proposed by the Villa, which for the summer will be open from Thursday to Sunday . In the same way, the visits to the winery , once more numerous, have become occasions for intimate sharing between the public and the producer.

But there is more, other visit shifts have been added to the classics - which were already available every day of the week - to allow the public to visit the cellar even in the evening . On Friday and Saturday at 18.30, in fact, it will be possible to organize a tour of the cellar, with subsequent tasting at Villa Baiana. Here guests can try the combination of two Franciacorta with a "snack" dish from the kitchen, at a cost of € 18 per person and decide later whether to continue the evening by dining in the villa.
