IPO AND NOT, BUT HYPER AND CON!

Knowledge and experience , two sides of the same coin: the first recalls the presence of a certain notion within the mind, while the second is closely connected to a person's experience, to what he has touched, to what he has learned through your senses and your sensitivity. ONAV believes a lot in this and thinks that everyone should have the same opportunity to experiment , to train themselves in tasting wine in an aware and competent way .

The course organized by ONAV in collaboration with UIC, Unione Italiana Ciechi, started on 25 March 2023 and has as its objective and mission the training of visually impaired and blind tasters . It is a real traditional ONAV course , both in the nature of the course and in the contents and in the transmission of the tools necessary to evaluate a wine organoleptically, the structure of the exam also remaining unchanged.

Knowledge is freedom, but experience is even more so. ONAV and UIC have, in fact, translated the course book into Braille , so as to make it fully accessible to all participants, who can easily consult the materials for further information or clarifications.

The course, in fact, will give access to the official ONAV diploma in braille, emblem of the knowledge and experience gained during the lessons. This course confirms once again the commitment of ONAV in spreading the theory (and practice) of tasting with the intention of making them universal. Furthermore, it underlines the fact that even the seemingly most complex challenges are possible if faced with dedication, an open mind and a willingness to be inclusive and inclusive . And it is for this reason that the delivery of the diplomas will take place together with all the Lombard graduates.
