Gimme Fivi: on October 27 ask for independent drinking

A taste of the Wine Market of the Independent Winegrowers of Piacenza: exactly one month after the tenth edition (27 - 29 November 2021) on Wednesday 27 October the Gimme FIVI appointment arrives. A project created to invite all enthusiasts to go and get to know the numerous FIVI Affection Points : restaurants, wine bars and wine bars where you can discover the wines and winemakers of one of the most important wine companies in Italy, which makes attachment to the territory and its founding values of artisanal viticulture. During the evening of 27 October, in the 37 participating establishments, a Winemaker will present the wines of other Independent Winegrowers, telling those present about the “FIVI world” through tasting and pairing with dishes and specialties proposed by the locals. We will discover the work and philosophy that characterize the winemakers of the association, producers who personally take care of the entire production chain , from the cultivation of the vineyards to the production and bottling of wines. In the participating restaurants in Piacenza, the initiative will continue every Wednesday until the date of the Wine Market. Gimme FIVI will be an anticipation not to be missed while waiting for the Wine Market , scheduled at Piacenza Expo from Saturday 27 to Monday 29 November 2021 , which this year will see the participation of 680 winemakers . A highly anticipated tenth edition that will focus on the transition of agriculture towards increasingly sustainable practices, to protect the territory and preserve the ecosystem. FIVI4Future - I Vignaioli cultivate research is in fact the multi-year strategic project launched by the Federation, divided into numerous actions that focus on environmental sustainability and the protection of biodiversity in the vineyards.
