DiVin Ottobre in Trentino 5 events for the second weekend

Autumn has now officially begun and also this weekend various initiatives are planned to learn about and appreciate this changing season, thanks to DiVin Ottobre , a full calendar of events organized by the members of the Trentino Wine and Flavors Road during all the weekends of October .

The second weekend of October, in particular, the spotlights on the Marzemino are turned on thanks to La Vigna Excellent. And it is immediately Isera , scheduled from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October for a three-day event organized by the Municipality of Isera to discover this splendid "City of Wine" and Marzemino, which has been able to express itself at its best in this area. In addition to tastings and themed menus combined with Marzemino, there are also food and wine workshops and a special tour in "agribus" to discover the food and wine excellences of the producers of the territory and the hamlets of Isera.

Furthermore, on Sunday 11 October, the award ceremony of the La Vigna Excellent competition will be held, the first and only one in Italy and in Europe that rewards not the best wine but the most well-kept grape and the farmer who cultivated it . Remaining in Vallagarina, in Ala, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October, from 9.00 to 18.00 , the October Enotour program is on the program, a "multisensory" tour at Borgo dei Posseri with itinerant tasting among the vineyards of wines and local products. Also in this case, the initiative will be repeated every weekend in October . The cost per person is € 27.50 including free tasting of the company's wines and food proposal with the specialties of Caseificio degli Altipiani and Vezzena, Salumeria Belli and Panificio Moderno. On Saturday 10 October, from 9.30 onwards , Taste & Bike - Special Marzemino is also scheduled, a day to discover the most enogastronomic side of Vallagarina, between Rovereto, Mori, Isera and Nogaredo . The tour, which includes cooking workshop, lunch and various tastings and will be repeated every Saturday in October , is 27 km in total with a difference in altitude of 170 m, and includes stops in various companies of the Trentino Wine and Flavors Road. which can be reached independently by e-bike or, if you prefer, by car or scooter. It starts at Moja Ristorante di Rovereto for the "sprint" at the beginning of the day and, cycling through the vineyards towards the south, you reach the Cantina Mori Colli Zugna for a glass of Marzemino paired with salami from Macelleria Moschini, with cheeses from the social dairy of Sabbionara and honey from Apicoltura Girardelli. For lunch we will reach the Locanda delle Tre Chiavi di Isera where, after a welcome based on products from the Modern Bakery and a glass of Naturgresta syrup, we will learn how to make canederli, which will be enjoyed for lunch in combination with a glass of Marzemino di Letrari. After lunch, along ancient connecting roads, you will reach the Marzadro di Nogaredo Distillery for a visit to the company. Finally, we will take the cycle path along Adige towards Sacco di Rovereto for the final discovery of the Cantina di Isera. The participation fee varies according to the proposal to which you choose to join: € 17 for the "Foglia" proposal (2 visits to the company with tasting); 53 euros for the "Grappolo" proposal (breakfast, visit with tasting, cooking workshop and lunch); € 69 for the "Tralcio" proposal (breakfast, 3 visits to the company with tasting, cooking workshop, lunch). In Cavedine, in the Valle dei Laghi, on Saturday 10 October, starting at 10.30 , the cycle of the vine / life takes place, an itinerant day to discover the various productive phases of the vine that begins with a visit with tasting at the Cavedine Valley Beekeeping followed by that in the vineyard with tasting, lunch at the Madonna delle Vittorie Farmhouse in Arco accompanied by a guided tour with tasting and closing in the afternoon at the Marzadro Distillery in Nogaredo. The occasion will be repeated on Saturday 17 and 24 October . The cost is 50 euros per person including three guided tours and lunch in the farmhouse; 40 euros for children and teenagers up to 12 years. From Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October , at 10.30 , Un Inkino returns in autumn , at Mas dei Chin i , in the hills of Trento , with a guided tour of the cellar, a walk through the rows to Maso Vecchio and a picnic between the vineyards with the products of Troier meat and cured meats, Altipiani and Vezzena dairy, Trento milk and Gold Trout. The cost of the initiative, which will be replicated in the same way on all weekends of the month , is 30 euros per person including a guided tour, welcome glass and picnic basket (containing a bottle of wine and water, first course, stuffed focaccia, vegetables, yogurt, fruit, dessert); 15 euros for children and teenagers up to 18 years.
