Dinner with Tasting Walk in the Woods

Bosco del Merlo inaugurates autumn, with an exclusive dinner open to the public in the splendid setting of the Villa di Casa Paladin, on Tuesday 29 September from 8.15 pm.

The Michelin- starred Chef Graziano Prest , patron of the Tivoli Restaurant in Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) will sign the original tasting menu, made up of expertly prepared dishes and offered in combination with fine reserves from the Bosco del Merlo vault. A romantic encounter between the flavors of Cortina, queen of the Dolomites and renowned winter tourist resort, and the oenological uniqueness of Bosco del Merlo wines, the result of a suitable territory rich in history.

" Walk in the Woods " will be the common thread of the evening: a gustatory journey into the magic of autumn flavors, where the delicious fruits that this season gives us will be the protagonists.
