Countdown to Terre di Toscana

There is now very little time to go until the 18th edition of Terre di Toscana , one of the most eagerly awaited and authoritative events on the Italian wine scene, scheduled for Sunday 22 and Monday 23 March 2026 in the spaces of the UNA Esperienze Versilia Lido Hotel in Lido di Camaiore (LU).

It will bring together 140 carefully selected wineries , including historic names, new ventures and niche winemakers, offering a broad and contemporary snapshot of regional viticulture.

Over 700 labels will be available at the tasting tables , offering industry professionals, press, and enthusiasts the opportunity to meet the producers directly, learn more about the regions, vintages, and production styles, and engage with some of Tuscany's most significant wine producers.

The ideal route would traverse the entire region: from the Tyrrhenian coast of Bolgheri, Bibbona, Suvereto, Riparbella, and Val di Cornia, to the great expressions of Montalcino and Val d'Orcia, and then on to Montepulciano, Chianti Classico, Rufina, Carmignano, San Gimignano, Lucca, Lunigiana, Mugello, Val di Chiana, the Pisan Hills, and the Maremma Grossetana. A mosaic of territories and appellations that showcases the extraordinary diversity of Tuscan winemaking.

As per tradition, Monday will also be dedicated to older vintages, with over 90 wines for tasting spanning nearly forty years of winemaking history, from the 1982 harvest to 2021. Alongside the wines currently on the market, these bottles will offer a glimpse of maturity, depth, and longevity in the glass, allowing for a direct comparison between past and present and highlighting the great evolutionary potential of Tuscan wines.

To complete the experience, a selection of Tuscan gourmets will accompany the tasting journey with quality gastronomic offerings to be enjoyed outdoors or indoors at Hotel Una.

Tickets for each day, which include tastings of all wines, cost €40 per person (including booking fees and service charges) and can be purchased exclusively in advance on the event's official website (www.terreditoscana.info).

On both days, free shuttles will run between the Viareggio train station and the UNA Hotel Versilia Lido, departing approximately every 15–20 minutes. The shuttles will be easily identifiable by the Terre di Toscana logo displayed.
