Champagne Experience 2023, more than 900 wines in the 6th edition

Everything is now ready to open the doors of the 6th edition of Champagne Experience , an essential Modena event dedicated to the noble French bubbles scheduled for Sunday 15th and Monday 16th October . The event is organized by Società Excellence , an organization that brings together twenty-one of the major Italian importers and distributors of excellent wines and spirits. Producers and importers are ready to welcome professional operators and enthusiasts who have already registered for two days inside the ModenaFiere pavilions. This year too, the number of participating wines and maisons has grown considerably: in fact, there will be more than 900 champagnes up for tasting, representing 176 entities divided between historic maisons and small vignerons. Also confirmed for this edition is the exhibition subdivision of the wines based on their geographical origin, corresponding to the different production areas of Champagne - Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs, Aube - in addition to the "classic maisons" gathered in one specific area. “We are ready and, like every year, also particularly excited to see how this event is so eagerly awaited by all champagne lovers in Italy” states Luca Cuzziol , president of Società Excellence. “This year too, the event is growing by double digits in terms of the number of companies participating, with an increase of 25%. The idea of selecting and inviting maisons that have well-structured marketing in our country continues to be a winning one and demonstrates the fundamental role played by the world of quality wine and spirits distribution. The operators know that they can find an ideal place in Modena to learn about labels to offer to their customers in their premises". The event also includes, as usual, many moments of training, discussion, in-depth analysis and debate with the aim of offering the visitor an engaging sensorial experience together with high-level cultural support. This year the master class program includes 6 meetings divided into the two days of the Champagne Experience, conducted by professionals and profound connoisseurs of the world of champagne. This year too, Champagne Experience counts on the support of the Modena Chamber of Commerce and makes use of the patronage of the Municipality of Modena which has found in this event an ally to bring together the best of the national distribution of fine wines in the city together with restaurateurs, wine sellers and operators interested in keeping the proposal of their wine lists high.
