Twelve dinners for twelve starred chefs: Jesolo Gourmet Festival reveals the complete program

Two weekends dedicated to taste to discover the different faces of Italian haute cuisine together with the restaurateurs of the famous Venetian seaside resort. Reservations officially open

From May 9th to 11th and from May 16th to 18th in Jesolo (Venice) Italian haute cuisine is the protagonist in the new gastronomic event Jesolo Gourmet Festival . Twelve starred dinners , each signed by prestigious chefs, will enliven six evenings in twelve selected restaurants in the famous Venetian seaside resort.

Promoted by the Municipality of Jesolo and the Consortium of Tourist Businesses JesoloVenice, in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet, the event was created with the aim of enhancing the local food and wine offering and at the same time reserving an exceptional stage for the different faces of contemporary Italian cuisine . Every evening , starting at 8:00 p.m. , it will offer two parallel culinary experiences in two different restaurants, each built around a theme interpreted with creativity and style by the guest chef.

The event will be opened on Friday 9 May by Alessandro Breda , chef of the restaurant-museum Gellivs* (Oderzo, Treviso) who will bring “ L'alta cucina classica ” to the Terrazza Aurora by Hotel Aurora , and Andrea Leali of Casa Leali* (Puegnago del Garda, Brescia) who will present “ La fresca in cucina at the restaurant da Omar . Saturday 10 May , At Traghetto , Giacomo Devoto of Locanda de Banchieri* (Fosdinovo, Massa-Carrara) will take guests on a journey through marine flavors and Apennine influences with “ La Lunigiana e il mare ”. At the same time, at Rosemar Fine Restaurant – Hotel delle Rose, Terry Giacomello will lead diners on a disruptive journey entitled “ Creativity outside the box ”. On Sunday 11 May, the event will open up to cross-border contaminations. Emanuele Scarello of Agli Amici** (Udine) will be the protagonist at Terrazzamare Marcandole al Mare with “ Croatia, Udine, Venice ”, a gastronomic tale that embraces three territories. In parallel, Salvatore Morello of Inkiostro* (Parma) will bring “ La sintesi di una vision internazionale ” to Ristorante da Guido , a signature menu that reflects his experience gained in various European restaurants.

The second weekend will begin on Friday 16 May with the honest and distinctive cuisine of Stefania di Pasquo from Locanda Mammì* (Agnone, Isernia), who will propose the menu “ Molise exists, indeed! ” at the Country House Salomè . At Puro Cucina Autentica – Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo , instead, Leandro Luppi from Vecchia Malcesine* (Malcesine, Verona) will interpret the character of the lake territory with “ La bellezza del Garda ”. This will be followed on Saturday 17 May by the appointments with Maurizio Bufi from Il Fagiano* (Gardone Riviera, Brescia) at Flora – Cucina, Bottega, Vino , who will introduce mixed drinks at the table with “ Il vegetale incontra la mixology ”, and with Daniele Lippi from Acquolina** (Rome), who will tell his story through the plate at the Amarmio restaurant – Hotel Casa Bianca al Mare. Pure Mediterranean ”. On Sunday 18 May, the event will close with chefs Lionello Cera of Antica Osteria Cera** (Campagna Lupia, Venice) – offering Jolà Emotional Cuisine a journey dedicated to the best of the Adriatic Sea entitled “ La grande cucina di pesce ” – and Andrea Impero of Elementi Fine Dining* (Perugia), who at Rossi Restaurant will present the proposal “ Beyond Seasonality ”, a creative exploration of Umbria’s food heritage.
