From June 8, live Facebook Cantina Tramin converses with the haute cuisine that starts again. With Schöneck, Il Pagliaccio, Agli Amici and Uliassi

Starting from 8 June for four Mondays Cantina Tramin will meet some of the protagonists of quality catering in the Tramin format and the new life of signature cuisine . Appointment at 18.00 with chefs, owners and sommeliers of four starred Italian restaurants involved in a cycle of conversations with the winemaker Willi Stürz and moderated by the food and wine journalist Federico De Cesare Viola , editorial director of Food & Wine Italia. The main topics of discussion will be precisely the novelties of the restart . The first meeting on Monday 8 June will see the participation of Karl Baumgartner from the Schöneck restaurant in Falzes (Bolzano). We will talk about the link with the territory that Cantina and restaurant share: to what extent has it been preserved, in what terms has it changed and if, in some respects, has it been strengthened. Afterwards, on Monday 15 June Willi Stürz with Anthony Genovese and Matteo Zappile , respectively chef and chef sommelier / restaurant manager of Il Pagliaccio in Rome, will discuss the high-level delivery and future prospects, illustrating the Turnè project. The third appointment, scheduled for June 22 , will address the creation of a network and a supply chain with small and very small producers. Federico De Cesare Viola and Willi Stürz will discuss it with Emanuele and Michela Scarello of the Agli Amici restaurant in Udine. Finally, the live broadcast of 29 June will focus on food and wine tourism which sees starred restaurants as favorite destinations, reflecting together on the evolution of fine dining, with the participation of Mauro Uliassi of the Uliassi restaurant in Senigallia. The meetings will be broadcast live on Facebook on the profile of Cantina Tramin (@CantinaTramin), with the possibility for users to ask questions to the protagonists, and will subsequently be uploaded on Cantina Tramin's IGTV platform.
