The 2020 vintage brings an excellent quality Bulichella Extra Virgin Olive Oil . The Evo oil from the Suvereto (LI) wine estate is an ICEA certified organic product, one of the main control bodies in Italy, obtained from a natural agricultural technique that makes a lower production ( 1100 liters total ) in favor of a high quality . The result is a tasty and vitamin-rich oil with a high dose of antioxidants and without cholesterol. Bulichella oil comes from the varieties of Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoiano and Razza , distributed among the 1600 plants grown in 10 hectares of olive groves , out of the 42 total of the company. Agricultural work is carried out in full respect of the surrounding environment and plant organisms, confirming the biological vocation of the estate. Bulichella was born in 1983 from the need of four families to embrace slower, more genuine ideals and lifestyles , respectful of the environment and the social fabric .
