The second edition of the Jesolo Gourmet Festival returns in May, marking a significant shift in pace by bringing renowned chefs from the international and Italian haute cuisine scene to the city. Taking place from May 15th to 17th and 22nd to 24th, 2026 , the festival will feature twelve signature dinners in twelve Jesolo restaurants, showcasing the local gastronomic offerings and demonstrating the gourmet vocation of this famous seaside resort.
The Festival – organized by the Municipality of Jesolo and the JesoloVenice Tourist Business Consortium in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet – increases its prestige by offering a culinary offering created by internationally renowned guests. Among the participating chefs are Jonathan Brincat of Noni Restaurant * ( Valletta, Malta ) and Massimiliano Delle Vedove of Smoked Room ** ( Madrid, Spain ) alongside protagonists of contemporary Italian cuisine such as Anthony Genovese de The Clown ** (Rome), Francesco Sodano of the Rana Family ** (Oppeano, Verona), Vincenzo Manicone of the Tancredi Restaurant * (Sirmione, Verona), Isa Mazzocchi of the Ristorante La Palta * (Piacenza), Alessandro Rossi of the Barbagianni restaurant (Colle di Val d'Elsa, Siena) new challenge after the years spent at the Gabbiano 3.0* where he won the Michelin star, Peppe Guida of the Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa* (Vico Equense, Naples), Nicola Giancarlo Gronchi of the Ristorante Romano* (Viareggio, Lucca), Stefano Ciotti of Ristorante Nostrano * (Pesaro), the green star Tina Marcelli about to open her own Ritterschänke at Burg Taufers (Campo Tures, Bolzano), and finally the emerging under-30 Andrea De Lillo of Nin* (Brenzone sul Garda, Verona).
" Jesolo Gourmet Festival 2026 is a blend of diverse sensibilities, ingredients, regions, and culinary languages, capable of engaging with Jesolo's gastronomic scene," says Marco Colognese , the event's creative director and food and wine critic. "We want to introduce the public to the beauty and nuances of Italian and international haute cuisine in a setting already beloved for its tourism offerings."
The program will unfold over six evenings dedicated to taste : starting at 8:00 pm , two parallel culinary experiences will take place, transforming Jesolo into a widespread stage dedicated to signature cuisine . The dinners will be hosted by a selection of the city's restaurants , from sea views to the lagoon hinterland: Amarmio , Country House Salomè , Flora – Cucina, Bottega, Vino , Jolà Emotional Cuisine , Ristorante KEL.A , PURO Cucina Autentica , Terrazza Aurora , RoseMar Fine Restaurant , Ristorante da Omar , Ristorante da Guido and Zona d'Ombra.
"Through the direct involvement of local restaurateurs," explains Luigi Pasqualinotto , president of the JesoloVenice Tourist Business Consortium, "the event aims to strengthen Jesolo's gastronomic identity, complementing its consolidated tourism profile with an increasingly recognizable culinary experience. This goal, combined with the presence of internationally renowned chefs, helps broaden the project's recognition and make it more attractive to an audience interested in a journey that combines food, culture, and entertainment."
To accompany dinners with top-quality products, the Jesolo Gourmet Festival relies on the support of important partners from the beverage world: from the prestigious labels of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Soave and Recioto di Soave to the spirits that tell the story of the region from the Istituto Grappa del Trentino , from Valverde Nude 1964 water for fine dining to the professionalism of Ferrowine in the HoReCa sector. Elegance at the table will be ensured by Noritake-Weissestal , who will embellish the chefs' dishes with their fine Japanese porcelain.
