We bring you Easter lunch at home. "It is the latest idea launched by PER Bottega & Cheese Bar of Latteria Perenzin to help customers make the most of these quarantine days." We thought we would whet our customers' appetites with special recipes from which they can take inspiration to create simple and tasty dishes for Easter and Easter Monday lunch », explains the owner, Emanuela Perenzin.

The historic dairy will deliver the ingredients to the customers' home and an easy recipe book to prepare the dishes: from savory pie with Feletto to Organic Raw Milk to risotto with asparagus and Robiola di Capra Bio, from lamb chops with Goat with Thyme with Perenzin tiramisu. Waiting for the restaurants to reopen, it will be an opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of cooking with the family. All the products listed in the recipes can be purchased directly at the PER Bottega & Cheese Bar or ordered by April 5 and picked up directly in the shop or you can book delivery at home on April 10 or 11.

And for the aperitif, in addition to a well-stocked wine shop, PER Bottega & Cheese Bar offers cheese lovers a tasting kit of Italian and foreign cheeses to be ordered and received comfortably at home: from Organic Goat to Pepper & Extra Virgin Oil to Fontina Valdostana Dop passing through the Pecorino Toscano Riserva del Fondatore and ending with Comtè Aoc Fort St Antoine.

AIL EASTER EGGS - Given the impossibility of distributing Ail Easter eggs in Italian squares, PER Bottega & Cheese Bar of Latteria Perenzin has decided to support this association by giving customers the opportunity to book eggs and collect them directly in the shop or receive them at home with an expense of at least 30 euros. Minimum donation for the egg 12 euros. The entire amount will be donated to Ail, the Italian Association against leukemia-lymphomas and myeloma. Emanuela Perenzin explains: «With pleasure we have decided to help this association in difficulty. Ail volunteers have lots of eggs to distribute and don't know how. They are looking for someone who can help them because otherwise they have to throw everything away ».
