The long-awaited Dinner Show on July 28th

Grado "On The Beach," when the sun sets and the beach prepares to become the stage for one of the most anticipated evenings of the summer. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28th with the now traditional Dinner Show by Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori , the group of star restaurants that brings the best of Friulian and Julian cuisine to the region's most evocative locations. Their second Dinner Show 2026 will be held on the main beach of the GIT, by the sea, in a glamorous and elegantly informal atmosphere , on an evening where even the dress code of the attendees will interact with the sophistication of the dishes and wines . Gazing out over the sea, the audience will be invited to enjoy a refined taste experience, featuring the most sophisticated summer cuisine.

It will be a 23- part dinner show, a tribute to summer cuisine and its ability to capture the scents, colors, and memories of the region. The chefs from the group's restaurants will freely interpret this radiant season, cooking highly creative dishes specially designed for the evening live in front of an audience. All around, the sunset over the sea, the lapping of the waves, the sand underfoot, glasses ready, and an extraordinary team of chefs, winemakers, and artisans of taste called upon to transform Friuli Venezia Giulia into a story to be savored, bite after bite.

Starting at 7:30 PM , the beach will transform into a vast open-air gastronomic lounge , a place to wander freely amidst aromas, tastings, stories, and encounters. The formula will be the now well-established Dinner Show: not a traditional, sit-down menu, but a convivial, itinerant journey, constructed like a map of regional flavors. It will be designed by the group's chefs , interpreters of a cuisine that ideally extends from the Adriatic Sea to the Alps, with dishes in homage to summer cuisine created for the occasion. Alongside them, the artisans of taste , the winemakers, the distillers, and the consortium partners , gathered for an evening in a choral narrative made of identifying raw materials, pairings by the glass, and short conversations with those who every day grow, cook, and interpret the territory in their products and wines.

The journey will begin with a welcome featuring the products of the artisans of taste , serving as a first step into the evening's story. From there , 23 gastronomic stops will unfold, punctuated by the live gestures of the chefs who will cook live in front of the audience. Performing will be the chefs of AB Osteria Contemporanea of Lavariano di Mortegliano, Ai Fiori of Trieste, Al Gallo of Pordenone, Al Grop of Tavagnacco, Al Paradiso of Pocenia, Al Ponte of Gradisca D'Isonzo, All'Androna of Grado, Alla Luna of Gorizia, Caffetteria Torinese of Palmanova, Carnia of Venzone, Casa Valcellina of Montereale Valcellina, Costantini of Collalto di Tarcento, Da Alvise of Sutrio, Da Nando of Mortegliano, Enoteca of Buttrio , Il Grappolo d'Oro of Colle di Arba, La Torre of Spilimbergo, Le Fucine Gourmet of Buttrio, Lokanda Devetak of Savogna d'Isonzo, Motus Contemporary Bistrot of Grado, San Michele of Fagagna, Tre Merli of Trieste, Vitello d'Oro of Udine.

At each station, the dish will meet the wine: the winemakers themselves will suggest the most suitable pairing , transforming each tasting into a little story of landscape, winery, and season. The finale will be sweet, with desserts created by the consortium's restaurants and pastry chefs, along with stations dedicated to coffee and spirits .

After Grado, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei sapori journey will continue on September 8th in Lignano Sabbiadoro , near the renovated Terrazza a Mare.

The Dinner Show starts at 7:30 PM. In case of bad weather , the event will be held on July 29th . The price is €90.
