Fine dining and signature menus: the Jesolo Gourmet Festival kicks off with the program for its second edition.

From May 15th to 17th and from May 22nd to 24th, two weekends dedicated to taste to discover the faces of Italian and international haute cuisine in the famous Venetian seaside resort.

The second edition of the Jesolo Gourmet Festival is just a few days away. From May 15th to 17th and from May 22nd to 24th, 2026 , the event will feature twelve signature dinners in select Jesolo restaurants, showcasing the gastronomic offerings of this popular seaside destination.

The program—organized by the Municipality of Jesolo and the JesoloVenice Tourist Business Consortium in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet —will unfold over six evenings dedicated to haute cuisine , both Italian and international. Starting at 8:00 PM, two parallel culinary experiences will take place, transforming the entire city of Jesolo into a vibrant stage showcasing signature cuisine and the mastery of Michelin-starred chefs and local restaurateurs.

The event will open on Friday 15 May with Peppe Guida, chef of the Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa* (Vico Equense, Naples) who will bring “ The great Campania: traditions, warmth and aromas ” to Ristorante da Guido , and Stefano Ciotti of Ristorante Nostrano * (Pesaro) who will present “ Flavours and nuances, between the Adriatic coast and the hinterland ”. at the KEL.A Restaurant . Saturday, May 16 , At the Rosemar Restaurant , Alessandro Rossi of Barbagianni (Colle di Val d'Elsa, Siena) will accompany guests on a unique journey " Cultivating the future: nature, finesse and thought ". At the same time, at the Zona D'Ombra, the under-30 chef Andrea De Lillo of Nin * (Brenzone sul Garda, Verona) will lead diners on a journey entitled " The Garda territory and the finesse of its expressions ". On Sunday 17 May the event will open with the mastery of two great names in Italian cuisine: Anthony Genovese of Il Pagliaccio ** (Rome) will be the protagonist at PURO Cucina Autentica with “ A gastronomic journey between the Mediterranean, the East and Italianness ”; in parallel Francesco Sodano of Famiglia Rana ** (Oppeano, Verona) will bring “ Mediterranean Avant-garde: between memory, technique and taste ” to the Terrazza Aurora .

The second weekend will begin on Friday 22 May with the cuisine of Vincenzo Manicone of the Tancredi Restaurant * (Sirmione, Verona), who in Amarmio will propose the menu " Heart, mind and throat: between Italian memory and contemporaneity ". At Flora - Cucina, Bottega, Vino, instead, Isa Mazzocchi of La Palta Restaurant * (Piacenza) will offer a comprehensive interpretation of a great classic of Italian cuisine, “ La Palta: the art of pasta according to a great interpreter of Italian cuisine .” This will be followed on Saturday, May 23, by appointments with the international chef Jonathan Brincat of Noni Restaurant * (La Valletta, Malta) at Ristorante da Omar, who will present his “ Malta rediscovered: flavors from the ancient sea ” to guests, and with green star Tina Marcelli who will talk about the mountains, “ The tasty identity of an Alpine border cuisine ” at Country House Salomè. The series will close on Sunday, May 24, with Massimiliano Delle Vedove of Smoked Room ** (Madrid, Spain) presenting “ Fire and embers, energy, raw materials and elegance from Spain ” at Jolà Emotional Cuisine , and Nicola Giancarlo Gronchi of Ristorante Romano * (Viareggio, Lucca) presenting “ Sea, elegance and materials .”

The Jesolo Gourmet Festival is not just about great cuisine, but also offers insights into the world of beverages dedicated to industry professionals: thanks to our partners Consorzio Tutela Vini Soave e Recioto di Soave and Istituto Grappa del Trentino , tastings focusing on the great Veronese white wines and traditional Trentino spirits are scheduled in collaboration with Ferrowine .
