The events dedicated to quality gastronomy and conviviality of Excellences Campane are back , which on Friday 22 October, from 8.30 pm , will host the "Feast of true pizza" in the restaurant in via Brin in Naples . Guests can taste a menu of classic and seasonal pizzas, selected for the occasion by the master pizza maker Vincenzo Marra. A tribute to one of the dishes par excellence of the Campania tradition.
The event will in fact see the participation of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association , born with the aim of promoting and protecting the real Neapolitan pizza in Italy and in the world, enhancing it as a typical product made according to the characteristics of the "Vera Pizza Napoletana" collective international disciplinary. , in force since 1984.
The à la carte menu will offer a variety of pizzas ranging from classics such as Margherita with buffalo, calzone and montanara, to more sophisticated recipes such as "La Riccia", with curly endive, apricot jam, Vesuvius pellecchiella and pine nuts; or the "Sottobosco", with seasonal mushrooms, mozzarella, bacon and buffalo stracciata. Or "La Carrettiera", stuffed with
Sausage of Sannio Sabatino Cillo, broccoli and smoked provola. The typical pizza in the Ruoto will not be missing, in several variations: a riot of typical and seasonal flavors that will tickle the palate of the public.
The musical accompaniment, always in perfect Neapolitan style, will be offered by the "Toledo" , a tribute band of the great Pino Daniele.
