Wednesday, 16 December 2015, at 8:30 p.m. the Dal Maso winery offers an evening to learn the correct pairing of food and wine, with an eye to the Christmas party, when there are many opportunities to host or attend dinners and lunches.
Guests will be guided in a path of taste and knowledge through the flavours and aromas of wine. The protagonists of the evening will be the sensory combinations of wine and food that will be proposed to better understand the many opportunities. The evening will include the tasting of 6 wines with 7 appetizers. At the end of the evening we will offer a hot meal and we will seize the opportunity to exchange Christmas greetings with our guests.
The kind guests can also purchase bottles for their Christmas presents. The evening is limited and will be held at the tasting room in the winery.
