Italian White Wine Marche

The Marche region is renowed most of all for Verdicchio, one of the most famous wines of the Italian peninsula for its extraordinary longevity and for its characteristic bottle with amphora shape that made it known all over the world. Verdicchio present itself with the denomination Castelli di Jesi or di Matelica. Other well-known white wines are Passerina Offida and Falerio.
